Terms of Use
Last updated: 28 October 2026
These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to CreatorDiary ("CreatorDiary", "we", "us"), a web app that helps Facebook creators plan what to post, when to post it and how to prepare. By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use CreatorDiary.
1. Who can use CreatorDiary
- You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher.
- You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your username and password safe and for everything that happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
- One person, one account. Do not create accounts for other people without their permission.
2. What the service does, and what it does not do
- CreatorDiary builds a posting plan, checklists and caption ideas from the answers you give us, using fixed rules. It does not use AI to write content about you.
- You publish on Facebook yourself. CreatorDiary never posts, comments, messages or reads anything on Facebook for you.
- If you sign in with Facebook, we receive only your name, profile photo and (if you allow it) email address. We do not get access to your posts, insights, Pages, groups or friends.
- CreatorDiary is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Facebook is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc.
3. No guarantee of results
Suggestions are general guidance. We do not promise any number of followers, views, reach, income or monetisation approval. Results depend on many things outside our control, including Facebook's own systems and policies, which can change at any time.
4. Your content and your responsibilities
- Everything you post on Facebook is your own responsibility, including captions you copy from CreatorDiary. Check them before you post.
- Follow Facebook's Community Standards, Partner Monetization Policies and the laws that apply to you, including rules on health, finance and other advice, paid partnerships, copyright and children's safety.
- You keep ownership of the text you enter (such as your bio and notes). You give us permission to store and process it only so that we can run the service for you.
- Do not misuse the service: no attempts to break into accounts or systems, no automated scraping, no overloading the service, and no use for spam or unlawful activity.
5. Reminders and notifications
If you turn on app notifications, we send reminders to the browsers or devices you choose. You can turn them off at any time in Settings or in your browser or phone settings. Notifications may be delayed or not delivered, for example when your device is offline, so please do not rely on them for anything critical.
6. Free service and changes
CreatorDiary is currently free to use. We may add, change or remove features. If we introduce paid features, we will tell you the price before you are charged, and nothing will be charged without your clear agreement.
7. Suspending or closing accounts
You can stop using CreatorDiary at any time and ask us to delete your account (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts other users or the service at risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.
8. Availability and liability
We work to keep CreatorDiary available and accurate, but the service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Festival and event dates, especially lunar and regional ones, can vary; please check them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, followers or revenue, arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be limited.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. If you keep using CreatorDiary after that, the updated Terms apply.
10. Law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory right you may have to bring a claim where you live.
